Confidential employer in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Wine Telesales Representative to join the commercial sales team. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls for wine products, advise customers on selections, guide orders, and keep accurate customer records.

The role is part-time (25 hours/week), Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00, with immediate incorporation. Salary is 915 EUR gross per month under the Telemarketing Collective Agreement, located at Polígono Son Castelló.

Qualifications

• Fluent, castellano-level Spanish required for telephone-based role.
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable experience in direct sales or customer advisory positions.
• Immediate availability to join the Palma workplace.
• Additional language capabilities are considered an asset.
• Formal training in customer service or professional sales techniques is valued.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales calls for wine products.
• Advise customers on wine selections and answer product availability questions.
• Guide clients through the ordering process and ensure clear, friendly communication.
• Record customer details, manage files, and handle order administration.
