GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) based in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, provide remote diagnostics, and collaborate with field teams to ensure safe, reliable operations across commissioning and service phases.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree, hands-on wind turbine experience, and fluency in English. Occasional travel and EU work eligibility are required; Barcelona relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
