GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) based in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, perform remote diagnostics, and support commissioning and service activities to keep assets operating reliably.

In this role you’ll collaborate with site teams and engineering, analyze operational data, escalate complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational optimisation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication, calm, structured approach under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.
