Job summary

GE Vernova's ROC Technical Lead - Remote Operations Center in Barcelona leads the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote hub. You will work across commissioning and service phases, guiding turbine performance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts, monitor performance, analyze data for faults, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings; contribute to process improvements.
