Velto Renewables in Madrid seeks a Senior Technical Asset Manager to oversee PV and wind assets, monitor service providers, and ensure contractual compliance. You will work closely with the Head of Asset Management and the Portfolio Manager on reporting and performance analysis.

The role requires 6–9 years in renewables asset management, English and Spanish fluency, and strong data and contract-management skills. This is a permanent position in Madrid.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering or similar field.
• 6–9 years of experience in renewable energy asset management or O&M.
• Experience with PV assets; wind assets a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• General technical asset management of PV assets.
• Monitor Service Provider’s activity to ensure obligations are met.
• Oversee third party services and contract compliance.
• Communicate with stakeholders (market players, land, government).
• Understand SPV contracts and respective obligations.
• Supervise contractual obligations and regulations.
• Review maintenance plans and monitor performance.
• Monitor cybersecurity plans and KPIs.
• Prepare performance summaries and identify improvements.
• Support technical M&A activities and reporting.
