What You Will Do:

As a Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records with accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring adherence to Spanish accounting standards and regulations

• Accurate processing and booking of invoices, receipts, and other expenditures

• Managing asset depreciation schedules in line with company policy and tax laws

• Preparing payroll journal entries and overseeing payroll processes

• Overseeing monthly client invoicing and its processes

• Collaborating with various departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly

• Contributing to financial reporting and forecasting efforts with precise data

• Direct reporting to Head of Finance

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage, not a must

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, accurate and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• You are trustworthy, reliable and work with integrity
