Formación

Located on ‘Avinguda Tibidabo’, our third House in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, plus two floors of club space with a revolving restaurant concept.

The Role…

As Wellness Manager at Barcelona Pool House, you are an ambassador for the brand with detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its wellness and fitness offerings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the wellness and fitness area, demonstrating professionalism with managers, employees, and Members.

  • Develop and incentivize the reception team to meet targets
  • Collaborate with Therapists to ensure proper support, training, incentives, and promotional activities
  • Work with the General Manager on budget controls and financial planning to meet financial goals
  • Organize wellness and gym events, pop-ups, and brand partnerships
  • Support supervisory duties across the wider Health Club when needed
  • Coordinate with independent therapists, personal trainers, yoga, and meditation professionals
  • Supervise cleaning and maintenance of the Health Club area
  • Model Soho Ways in behavior and encourage the team to do the same

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury spa and gym management
  • High standard of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable
  • Business insight with expertise in budget management and goal setting
  • Exceptional communication skills to lead and inspire staff
  • Proficient in procurement management
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan
