The Marketing Department within BYD Spain is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the spanish target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the spanish market.

As Website analytics marketing Specialist you will :

The website analytics marketing specialist will be responsible for managing our spanish website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), creating landing pages to support marketing campaigns, and managing email marketing efforts at a country level through Marketo.

In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating on web management, SEO, email marketing, and digital strategy, and working with cross-functional teams.

Key objectives and responsibilities :

Website management

  • Daily Operations : Execute day-to-day operations and maintenance of the local website to ensure web content and landing pages are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with country business teams to gather website requirements and translate them into detailed, comprehensive briefs. Ensure alignment of the website roadmap with EU headquarters to maintain a cohesive digital strategy.
  • Performance Analytics : Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and CRM analytics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness to optimize web strategy.
  • Campaign execution : Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, audience segmentation, scheduling and performance reports.
  • Review and optimize triggers and content for transactional emails.

Key results :

  • Ensure the local website is continuously optimized for speed, SEO, and user experience, leading to increased traffic, lower bounce rates, and higher engagement rates.
  • Successfully execute targeted email marketing campaigns that achieve high open and click-through rates, resulting in increased lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Generate regular, actionable reports on website and email marketing performance, providing valuable insights that inform and guide digital marketing strategies at the local level.

Your profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • 3-5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, SEO or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) is a plus. Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
