to join our team!What You Will Be Doing

Hosting live webinars to deliver expert insights.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to schedule webinars and assign presenters, ensuring smooth execution.Creating and maintaining a comprehensive webinar schedule aligned with client interests and company goals.Developing and curating content and presentation materials for webinars.Formulating strategies for future webinar themes based on industry trends and client feedback.Supporting the production of webinar resources, including slides, handouts, and related documentation.Gathering and analyzing feedback and performance metrics to improve webinars and delivery.About You

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success roles, with experience in hosting webinars.Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in fluent English (C1 or higher).Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into content development.Creative mindset to generate engaging webinar topics and content.Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and related technology.Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.What We Offer
