We are looking for a Web3 Community Manager to build and grow our community across multiple platforms, increase the visibility of our token $BKN, and strengthen strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

Web 3 Marketing Campaigns

Design, execute, and manage web3 marketing campaigns & co-marketing efforts aimed at community growth and engagement

Community Management

Play an active role within the community — collaborating with members, moderators, ambassadors, and contributors to help shape, grow, and energize the spaces we share. You’ll help steward conversations, support initiatives, and nurture a healthy, vibrant environment across our channels.

Community growth efforts

Lead the design and execution of key programs that fuel community expansion. This includes organizing and optimizing initiatives like raiding programs, referral systems, ambassador onboarding, and Zealy (or similar platform) campaigns.

Market Research

Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments, tools, and industry trends in web3 marketing & community management

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Community Lead, or Growth Manager in a Web3 or crypto project.
• Being a crypto enthusiast (“degen”) is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage web3 communities effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong experience with Web3 marketing tools and growth strategies.
• Deep curiosity and self-motivation to stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and developments in Web3, marketing, and community building.
