A leading nearshore technology firm in Girona is seeking a Web Developer with a focus on frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience, strong technical expertise, and a good sense of UI/UX. Proficiency in Java and familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and Figma are essential for this role. A higher education degree is required. This position is available only for candidates with an EU work permit.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Web Developer for a nearshore position (Europe only) to support one of our key clients. The role requires solid technical expertise and a strong sense of UI/UX, with a focus on both frontend and backend development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the required technologies.
• Strong expertise in frontend development, including:
• Ability to implement graphic mockups while complying with web standards and accessibility requirements.
• Strong sensitivity to UI/UX design and user experience.
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Familiarity with ReactJS is an advantage.
• Proficient in Java (version 17 or higher).
• Skilled in using Git and Docker.
• Initial experience with at least one CMS; knowledge of Magnolia is a strong asset.
• Higher education degree (University of Applied Sciences, Federal Diploma, or equivalent).
