Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications.
2. Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.
3. Developing new websites, apps, and improving existing websites.
4. Web marketing and updating websites and apps, creating new sections.
5. Enhancing web and app security and plugins.
6. Designing, developing, and testing mobile applications for iOS & Android platforms.
7. Participating in the full mobile application development life cycle.
8. Staying informed on latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile software development.
9. Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
10. Designing printed circuit boards (PCB) to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
11. Refining workflow processes to enhance product development.
12. Building CMF strategies connecting social/target consumer trends with material technologies and product concepts.
13. Driving ideation sessions, brainstorms, and research activities on users, trends, materials, and processes.
14. Creating visual and functional prototypes for research and review.
15. Supporting cost reduction while maintaining design intent and user experience.
16. Working with design engineers on CAD models to develop engineering concepts into products.
17. Gathering and preparing relevant data for analytics applications.
18. Using analytics tools to detect patterns, trends, and relationships in data sets.
19. Developing statistical and predictive models for data analysis.
20. Conducting risk assessments and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
21. Establishing policies to identify and mitigate risks in services and departments.
22. Reviewing and improving risk management policies and protocols.
23. Creating business continuity plans to limit risks and conducting workplace data collection.
24. Building risk awareness through staff training and support.
25. Assessing hazards and risks at work and implementing health and safety measures.
26. Preparing risk assessments and applying appropriate methods.
