At All Around, we are looking for a web designer to strengthen our web design team and support our clients’ digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create websites and landing pages from conceptualization to execution.
• Implement and configure optimization and web analytics tools.
• Prepare budgets and work plans.
• Execute web tests and experiments.
• Manage projects and clients.
• Maintain and update websites.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency with design applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with website creation in WordPress or other widely used CMS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configuration.
• Reside in Spain.
• Motivated to learn and expand your knowledge.
• Interest in web design and conversion optimization (landing pages, promotional websites).
• Productivity and organization skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic or advanced PHP programming skills.
• Experience with Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of advanced web analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing or personalization tools like Google Optimize.
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
