Web Designer

At All Around, we are looking for a web designer to strengthen our web design team and support our clients’ digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Create websites and landing pages from conceptualization to execution.
2. Implement and configure optimization and web analytics tools.
3. Prepare budgets and work plans.
4. Execute web tests and experiments.
5. Manage projects and clients.
6. Manage and maintain websites.

Required skills

1. Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3.
2. Proficiency with design applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Experience with website creation in WordPress or other widely used CMS platforms.
4. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configuration.
5. Residence in Spain.
6. Motivation to learn and expand knowledge bases.
7. Interest in web design and conversion optimization (landing pages, promotional websites).
8. Productivity, organization, and project management skills.
9. Results-oriented mindset.
10. Ability to work in a team.
11. Basic or advanced PHP programming skills.
12. Experience with Webflow, Wix, or similar website creation tools.
13. Knowledge of advanced web analytics.
14. Experience with A/B testing or personalization tools like Google Optimize.
15. Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot).
16. Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
