At All Around, we are looking for a web designer to strengthen our web design team and support our clients’ digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Creation of websites and landing pages from conceptualization to execution.
• Implementation and configuration of optimization and web analytics tools.
• Preparation of budgets and work plans.
• Execution of web tests/experiments.
• Project and client management.
• Management and maintenance of websites.

Required skills

• Full proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency with design applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating websites with WordPress or other popular CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configuration.
• Residence in Spain.
• Motivation to learn and expand knowledge.
• Interest in web design and conversion optimization (landing pages, promotional websites).
• Productivity, organization, and project management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Basic or advanced PHP programming.
• Experience with Webflow, Wix, or similar website builders.
• Knowledge of advanced web analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing or personalization tools like Google Optimize.
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
