The Challenge

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative web content specialist to join our Web Marketing team, focused on managing day to day updates to our regional sites. This role is integral to ensuring our websites are optimized for performance, quality, user engagement, and conversion. A successful candidate will have a strong ability to work with stakeholders, stay organized and attentive to details, and the ability to analyze performance to suggest optimizations.

Your Mission

Your Core Responsibilities Will Be

Website production : Manage and prioritize website production requests (Adobe Experience Manager) from regional teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Website management : Localize the global web strategy to meet regional needs, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness. Oversee website updates, including content, promotions, and technical improvements, maintaining high-quality standards.
SEO : collaborate across functions to implement strategies that enhance OneTrust visibility where users are searching for answers (Google, AI chatbots, etc.)
Conversion optimization & user experience : Lead efforts to implement effective on-site promotional campaigns that align with regional business goals.
Performance reporting : Develop and deliver Adobe Analytics reports to measure regional website performance against KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

You Are

Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools
Understands core concepts of web strategy and localization
Strong analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting performance reports
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
Self-starter with a great attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
