Anonymous is seeking a Web Content and Communication Coordinator (French native) to blend digital communication, content management and stakeholder coordination. You will contribute to development, publication and continuous improvement of digital content while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Hybrid role in Barcelona/Madrid with opportunities to shape messaging, editorial planning and audience engagement.

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Journalism, Multimedia or related field (equiv. exp. considered).
• 1–3 years in digital communications, content management or related areas.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments is a plus.

About the Opportunity We are supporting an established international organisation in the search for a Web Content and Communication Coordinator (French native) This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining digital communication, content management and stakeholder coordination to deliver engaging online experiences and support organisational initiatives across multiple audiences. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, publication and continuous improvement of digital content while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and international environment. Location Barcelona (Spain)

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management & Publishing Create, edit and publish digital content, including articles, visuals and multimedia assets.
• Maintain and update content through content management systems (CMS).
• Ensure content quality, accessibility and compliance with relevant regulations and organisational standards.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and user experience across digital channels.
• Digital Communications Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support communication initiatives and content delivery.
• Coordinate editorial planning and content calendars.
• Optimise digital content to improve engagement, visibility and user experience.
• Support communication campaigns and audience engagement activities.
• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Monitor website and platform performance through analytics tools.
• Analyse engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content effectiveness and user experience.
• Technical & Creative Support Ensure content is correctly formatted and displayed across multiple devices and platforms.
• Provide first‑level support for content‑related technical issues.
• Contribute to the creation and adaptation of visual and multimedia content.
• Liaise with technical teams when required to resolve platform issues.
• Project Coordination Support the implementation and delivery of communication and digital projects.
• Coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Assist with the organisation of events, initiatives and special projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across different locations and functions.

What We Are Looking For

• Education Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Journalism, Multimedia or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, content management, community engagement or related areas.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Technical Skills Experience using CMS platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation. Knowledge of web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Proficiency with digital content creation and visual design tools. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent editorial and proofreading abilities. Good organisational and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Solution‑oriented approach and strong problem‑solving skills. High level of attention to detail. Customer and service‑oriented mindset.
• Languages Native‑level French. Professional working proficiency in English.
