Formación

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en web analytics y análisis de datos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés excelentes, tanto escritas como habladas.
  • Experiencia en CRO y campañas de marketing digital.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar la oferta de análisis y colaborar con clientes en estrategias de medición.

As a Web and Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in defining the web analytics and CRO services we offer our clients.

You will act as a pivotal link between our web development team and performance marketing unit . While working closely with the former, you will guarantee that our client websites are built with a strong focus on analytics from the very beginning. With the latter, your expertise will enable our marketing campaigns to become more targeted, efficient, and results-driven by using the appropriate data. Your ability to provide data-driven insights, sharp reporting and practical suggestions will not just be crucial for our internal teams but also critical for our clients’ growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in web analytics, tracking, and data analysis.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in advanced tracking and tagging techniques for marketing.
  • Experienced with working on data layers and API integrations.
  • Expert in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with dashboarding using Looker Studio, PowerBi or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in CRO projects, paid media or other areas of digital marketing.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, SQL and funnel.io.
  • Experience with server-side tagging is a plus.
  • Experience with consent management platforms like Cookiebot.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our Analytics offering, stay up to date with industry insights and innovations to enhance internal techniques, processes, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and our media team to outline their measurement strategies and tagging requirements.
  • Coordinate with our web team or client developers to integrate web and media measurement utilizing data layers and Tag Manager, along with API integrations as necessary.
  • Engage with the performance marketing team to supply data-driven insights for improving website optimization and user experience that foster business growth.
  • Develop custom reports, analyses, and definitions in Analytics and dashboards in Google Looker Studio to keep track of website and campaign performance.
  • Use event tracking, segmentation, and target audiences to generate thorough analysis of customers' journeys, leading to actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate on client proposals to make sure the recommended solution is the best fit from an Analytics perspective.
