Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading team. You will operate in the first line of defence, using data-driven insights to strengthen risk controls and support sustainable growth across products and regions.

You’ll identify and assess operational risks, design controls, and deliver risk reporting to help Revolut maintain its high standards of safety and regulatory compliance while enabling rapid innovation.

Formación

• A 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights.
• A solid track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions.
• The ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• An organised and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and support our Wealth and Trading team. You'll use your analytical skills to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN17,600 - PLN31,100 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN17,600 - PLN31,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
