Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence and help shape risk strategy across our crypto entity. You will coordinate the risk framework, identify risks, assess and document them, and test controls to support safe, scalable growth.

You will also develop procedures, create risk indicators, and prepare management information for risk exposures while delivering robust incident reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology.
• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data for risk-based decisions.
• Strong track record in a business environment and/or academia.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence. You'll develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our crypto risk management procedures to the next level.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the application of the risk management framework within our crypto entity


• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks


• Independently testing controls


• Developing procedures related to risk management


• Designing key risk indicators and monitoring them against limits


• Registering and managing risk incidents, and delivering relevant reports


• Preparing management information related to risk exposures


• Implementing business continuity requirements

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology


• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)


• Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data to enable risk-based decisions


• A solid track record of achievement in a business environment and/or an academic level


• The ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage many tasks at the same time


• An organised and methodological approach


• Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN17,600 - PLN31,100 gross monthly*


• Poland: PLN17,600 - PLN31,100 gross monthly*


• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
