The deVere Group is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join a global investment banking environment and fast-track to becoming a fully qualified Financial Advisor. Training will begin in Malta, with the potential to relocate to Madrid or another office after 12 months on field.

You will gain world-class training and mentorship, with exposure to FinTech, ESG investing, and retirement planning while building strong client advisory skills.

Formación

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for finance and wealth management.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in wealth management training and mentorship.
• Develop client advisory skills through structured on-boarding.
• Relocation opportunities after program completion (12 months on field).
• Support the team with business development and client service.
