deVere Group is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join a global financial institution. Training begins in Malta, with the option to relocate to Madrid or another office after 12 months on field. You will gain world-class training and mentorship in wealth management.

The role offers a fast-track pathway to becoming a fully qualified Financial Advisor, comprehensive training, and the potential for relocation and bonus opportunities as you meet targets.

Formación

• Ideally 2 years of work experience.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for finance and wealth management.
• Education in finance is a plus, but not mandatory.
