deVere Group is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join a global financial institution. Training will commence in Malta, with the possibility to relocate to Madrid or another office after 12 months on field.

You will gain world-class mentorship and hands-on experience in wealth management within a leading independent financial group. Ideal candidates have a passion for finance, strong communication skills, and 2 years of work experience.

Formación

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Passion for finance and wealth management.
• Finance education is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in comprehensive wealth management training.
• Assist financial advisors in client interactions and portfolio support.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced advisors.
• Relocation to a Madrid office after completing 12 months on field.
• Potential bonus for meeting targets.
