Job summary

Worley is seeking an Associate Hydrologist to join our Water Solutions team in Madrid. The role combines technical leadership, project delivery and business development across energy transition and infrastructure sectors.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee hydrology studies, and contribute to client relationships and proposals while promoting sustainable, innovative water solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hydrology or Water Resources Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status through a professional institution.
• Strong technical expertise in hydrology, flood risk and drainage.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on hydrology, flood risk and drainage studies.
• Direct project resources, budgets, schedules and risk management.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor and develop senior staff and graduates.
