About Wolfiek Group

Wolfiek Group is an emerging e-Commerce startup based in Poblenou, dedicated to selling and distributing select brands worldwide. Our offices and warehouse are conveniently located near Marina/Bogatell metros. We are a small yet ambitious team of fewer than 15 individuals looking to expand.

About the Role

The Warehouse Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Responsibilities include:

1. Product Location & Stock Control: Develop and maintain an organized and clean warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy product access. Label products for quick retrieval. Keep real-time stock availability updates for online shops.
2. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with regulations.
3. Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound processes such as receipt, classification, and registration of inventory and returns. Oversee outbound processes including preparation, packaging, and dispatching of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Who We're Looking For

An organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing time and tasks efficiently. Autonomous and proactive problem solver with proficiency in Spanish and English. Previous supply chain experience is highly valued. A passion for our products and familiarity with e-commerce and logistics are important.
