Barcelona DC is one of the key City DCs, shipping goods worldwide. We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist, reporting to the Barcelona DC Warehouse Manager, to ensure excellence in daily warehouse performance and systems maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Warehouse Specialist, your responsibilities include :

• Monitoring and controlling the daily production plan.
• Managing incoming goods offloading and WMS entry control.
• Owning the stock control process.
• Maintaining stock levels, including external storage locations.
• Controlling product flow between storage locations.
• Managing returns, refusals, and product destruction.
• Troubleshooting daily DC operations.
• Managing claims.
• Controlling Idoc and troubleshooting failures.
• Reporting KPIs.
• Following up on order loading plans and coordinating with Local Transport.
