Formación

• Expérience antérieure dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement valorisée.

Looking for a skilled Warehouse Specialist. Wolfiek Group is an emerging e-Commerce startup based in Poblenou, dedicated to selling and distributing select brands worldwide. Our offices and warehouse are located near Marina/Bogatell metros. Our small team of fewer than 15 individuals is looking to expand.

About the Role

The Warehouse Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities

• Product Location & Stock Control: Develop and maintain an organized warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy product access. Label products for quick location. Ensure real-time stock availability information is uploaded to online shops.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with regulations.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee receipt, classification, and registration of new inventory and returned items. Manage preparation, packaging, and dispatching of orders for timely delivery.

• An organized, detail-oriented individual with good time management skills.
• Proactive and autonomous in solving logistical problems creatively.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
• Previous supply chain experience is highly valued.
