What will you do?

1. Lay-out design and modifications of production and warehouse lines.
2. Optimisation of internal and external logistics flows, line supply and dispatch, as well as automation of warehouse management.
3. Development of new warehouse lines or modification of existing ones.
4. Definition of the assembly process and adjustment of the timing of internal logistics flows.
5. Implementing and controlling all the necessary actions to ensure the supply to the production lines.
6. Daily monitoring of incidents arising in the Production Lines from a logistical point of view.
7. Resolution of problems arising in the systems that manage the supply of the lines (SAP, E-KANBAN, KITTING...).
8. Participation in different working groups in order to provide solutions to new specific customer needs or for the development of new product ranges.
9. Controlling aspects of Safety and Ergonomics in the work stations.
10. Management of the necessary investments for the actions of the previous point.

What qualifications will make you successful?

1. Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, MRP, safety and manoeuvre stocks, logistics methodologies (Kanban, Kitting, order point).
2. Advanced level of English.
3. Experience in Design and Industrialisation of Manufacturing and Warehouse Lines, as well as automation of warehouse management.
4. Quality Management.
5. SAP (MM, PP, WMS)
6. Safety and Ergonomics knowledge.
7. Previous experience: 3-4 years.
