AlphaESS Europe is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Barcelona. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English proficiency, physical fitness for hands-on tasks, and the ability to collaborate with logistics and technical teams. Prior ERP/WMS exposure is advantageous, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Formación

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar role is required.
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to perform hands-on tasks.
• Physically fit and able to handle movement of goods safely.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• English is required as the working language.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Experience in electrical, PV, battery, or energy storage industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload goods and support daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
• Ensure all goods are correctly labelled and stored in designated locations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the logistics, sales, and technical teams when necessary.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered goods in a timely manner.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
