Zoomlion busca un/una Warehouse Keeper para dirigir la ejecución física de la cadena de suministro de repuestos en Europa. La función abarca recepción, almacenamiento, picking, packing y despacho, manteniendo precisión de inventario y cumpliendo con normas de productividad y seguridad.

Se requiere experiencia en almacén físico, licencia de carretilla y manejo de WMS. Modalidad 100% on-site en la Comunitat Valenciana, España; se priorizará priorización de órdenes VIP y cumplimiento de SLA.

Formación

• Títulación de educación: Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
• Experiencia mínima de 1–3 años en almacén físico, preferentemente en centro de distribución rápido.
• Licencia obligatoria de operador de carretilla elevadora (forklift).
• Conocimiento básico de escáner RF, sistemas de códigos de barras y WMS.
• Estado físico: capacidad de levantar peso y permanecer de pie durante largos periodos.
• Competencias: orientado a la productividad y cumplimiento de objetivos (líneas/hora).
• Idioma: fluidez en el idioma local del almacén; inglés básico deseable.

Responsabilidades

• Logística de entrada y salida: recibir, verificación y registro de envíos; uso de RF y WMS para ubicaciones.
• Picking y packing: ejecutar tickets y alcanzar KPI de productividad (60 líneas/hora para piezas pequeñas o 15 h⁻¹ para piezas grandes).
• Despacho y carga: embalar correctamente y etiquetar para envío; cargar vehículos.
• Mantenimiento de inventarios: conteos cíclicos diarios/semanales y auditorías físicas anuales.
• Gestión VIP y emergencias: priorizar órdenes críticas para clientes clave dentro de SLA.
• Control de inventario: identificar y reportar daños, pérdidas o discrepancias.
• Seguridad y 5S: operar equipos de manipulación y mantener área de trabajo ordenada y segura.
• Cumplimiento EHS: cumplir regulaciones europeas de seguridad y entorno.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy components (within legal ergonomic limits), standing, and moving quickly for extended periods.
• Efficiency Mindset: Highly organized with a proven ability to work efficiently and hit numeric productivity targets (lines/hour).

Job Summary

The Warehouse Keeper is the physical execution engine of the European aftermarket supply chain. This role is responsible for the end-to-end physical flow of spare parts, encompassing inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch. Operating under strict productivity and time-management frameworks compliant with European labor regulations, the Warehouse Keeper is expected to meet defined operational KPIs (e.g., processing up to 60 lines/hour for small parts, or 15 lines/hour for large parts) while ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and prioritizing emergency VIP "Machine Down" orders.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations

Inbound Receiving: Unpack and verify incoming shipments from the Changsha HQ and local suppliers. Accurately check physical quantities against packing lists, scan items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using RF scanners, and swiftly perform put-away to designated bin locations.

Outbound Picking & Packing: Execute pick tickets efficiently. Consistently achieve the baseline productivity targets of 60 lines per hour for small parts or 15 lines per hour for heavy/large parts (covering the full process from picking to packing).

Dispatch & Loading: Securely pack parts to prevent transit damage, attach correct shipping labels and documentation, and safely load outgoing courier vehicles or freight trucks.

VIP Direct-Service Customers Emergency Fulfillment Machine Down Order Fast-Tracking: Prioritize and immediately process emergency pick tickets triggered by the Parts Order Specialist to support Top Key Accounts and frontline PSSRs, ensuring parts are dispatched within the critical SLA windows.

Inventory Accuracy & Control:

Cycle Counting: Perform daily or weekly cycle counts and participate in comprehensive annual physical inventory audits to maintain near-perfect stock accuracy.

Discrepancy Reporting: Immediately identify and report any damaged goods, missing items, or bin location discrepancies to the Parts Manager.

EHS & Facility Maintenance:

Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to move heavy earthmoving machinery components.

5S Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in strict compliance with European EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
