Job Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Madrid. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling goods reception, storage, and dispatch while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, stock management, and forklift truck (FLT) operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods following company procedures.
2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
3. Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts, to move stock safely.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or other warehouse management systems.
5. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure correct stock levels.
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, keeping the warehouse clean and organised.
7. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
8. Work as part of a team to ensure warehouse targets and deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

1. Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
2. Forklift Truck (FLT) experience – a valid FLT license is a plus.
3. Experience using SAP or other warehouse management systems.
4. Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily operations.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
7. Team player with good communication skills.
8. Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
