What you'll do
You're the face of our guests' experience, bringing your own flavor to the table, ensuring that from arrival to departure, they have a great time. Support the team with R&B operations. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. Collaborate with the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily. Comply with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. Anticipate guests' needs with attentive and intuitive service. Address any dissatisfaction promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Assess guests' needs and preferences to provide appropriate advice. Comply with safety and HACCP standards.

What we're looking for
