Formación

1-2 years of experience in banquet and event management.
Strong beverage knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

To ensure efficient set-up and planning according to the Banquet Events Order.
To comply with all policies and procedures including FOCUS.
To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
To liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on enquiries regarding food, beverage, and service.
To establish a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationships and assisting to update guest history.
To ensure that the Banquet is kept clean and organized, both at the front and back of house.
To liaise and organize with housekeeping and stewarding department to ensure established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
To issue repair and maintenance work orders to ensure the proper maintenance of the Banquets.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
To communicate with guests and provide assistance with their queries.
To work as a team to complete all job tasks within the given time.
To observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
To promptly respond to guests with any additional requests.
To take guest feedback and encourage guests to share their feedback on our social media platforms.
To maintain a proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
To understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.
To have some familiarity with basic cooking knowledge.
To perform other tasks as assigned.
