Job Overview

A Waiter / ess is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
2. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations for residents and non-residents.
3. Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu and all products.
4. Maintain well-stocked mise-en-place at all floor stations.
5. Follow proper reporting procedures for any issues faced.
6. Ensure food and beverage orders meet high standards and are delivered promptly.
7. Practice Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
8. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a temporary, part-time waiter / ess (10 hours per week) for weekends.

Ideal candidates should :

• Be committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Be flexible to adapt to various work situations.
• Be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications include :
