Swiss Re is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our Security Team in a hybrid Madrid setup. You will collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Engineering to identify, prioritise and remediate vulnerabilities across our global landscape, strengthening our security posture.

You should have 3+ years in vulnerability management or SOC/IR, strong English, and a university degree in a related field.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in vulnerability management or SOC/IR.
• Strong knowledge of corporate IT environments and how vulnerabilities are identified, exploited, and remediated.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication.
• University degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Understanding of application security practices including SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor attack surface to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture.
• Collaborate with blue team to respond to zero-day vulnerabilities and severe threats.
• Maintain end-to-end vulnerability management processes, including SLIs and SLOs.
• Partner with Engineering team on vulnerability identification and tool optimization.
• Analyze how vulnerabilities can be exploited and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Prioritize remediation based on contextual risk ratings and criticality.
• Support development and improvement of vulnerability management processes with the Team Lead.
• Guide IT asset owners through remediation activities and risk assessments.
• Deliver regular reports on Swiss Re's security posture to stakeholders.
