Qualifications

• 5+ years of DLS/VRF field experience.
• 5+ years of VRF controls integration experience.
• 50% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Engages in business processes and develops procedures to meet objectives.
• Coaches dispatchers or team leaders and provides feedback to grow capabilities.
• Works with Product Management and Engineering for controls development.
• Responds to complex customer issues and escalates as needed.
• Leads and mentors team on routine and complex tasks.
