DWS Group is seeking an Operations Specialist- Portfolio Services- AVP in Madrid. You will support end-to-end Portfolio Services, drive automation, and partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate, scalable operations.

You will contribute to AI-enabled process improvements and establish robust governance while managing complex, global workflows across asset classes. The role offers a Hybrid working model and opportunities to shape the future of investment operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skillset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable automation ideas.
• Experience working in a global, matrix environment and coordinating with multiple functions.
• Familiarity with investment operations platforms and related tools is a plus.
• Comfort with AI, automation and data analytics concepts to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end delivery of Portfolio Services processes across core areas.
• Manage daily BAU processes, controls and exception management.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Fund Accounting and Compliance to ensure service quality.
• Maintain control frameworks with KPI/KRI monitoring and audit readiness.
• Contribute to Smart Middle Office by simplifying workflows and reducing manual work.
• Apply AI, automation, and data analytics to improve exception handling and reporting.
• Translate business needs into pragmatic automation solutions with Technology teams.
• Support readiness for market changes, regulatory developments and platform enhancements.
