DWS Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst, Assistant Vice President in Madrid to lead complex analysis for Investment Risk, translating business needs into technical specs. You'll work across data, integration, and reporting layers with global teams.

You will leverage SQL, data modeling, and API knowledge while mentoring others and driving process improvements within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical or senior business analysis or related fields.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, assets, and risk concepts.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis of complex business, data, and regulatory requirements.
• Create high-quality analysis documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, platform teams, and stakeholders to translate outcomes into specifications.
• Own integration analysis including APIs and batch interfaces (XML, JSON).
• Support deployments, rollouts, and post-go-live stabilization; drive improvements and mentoring.
