DWS Group is seeking an AVP Operations Specialist - Reconciliation in Madrid to oversee cash, position and transaction reconciliations across trading and accounting books. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled improvements, and robust governance within a global operations framework.

You will partner with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to resolve breaks, strengthen controls, and drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Graduate or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in cash, position and transaction reconciliations across investment and accounting books.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the Reconciliations function, ensuring breaks are identified, investigated, and resolved.
• Review workflows and reconciliation reports to maintain KPIs and address performance breaches.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex reconciliation issues using product and trade lifecycle knowledge.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, custodians and counterparties to resolve breaks and support end-to-end processing.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs to strengthen the control environment and ensure audit-ready documentation.
