RED Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead for a global project based in Barcelona. The role offers a hybrid model with three days per week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona.

The candidate will drive Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development, oversee architectural standards, mentor teams through releases, and ensure robust CI/CD, DevOps practices, and high-quality integrations, with English proficiency (B2+).

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join a global project.

Start Date: September or October

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite at the customer office in Barcelona)

Specific Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development.
• Proven technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and complex integrations.
• Strong CI/CD & DevOps experience: Proven track record in automated deployment pipelines, release management, and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, SFDX, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Advanced Version Control & QA: Solid knowledge of Git version control (branching strategies, code reviews, PRs, merge/integration conflict resolution) alongside structured QA practices.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to set architectural and development standards, manage deployment risks, and mentor dev teams through release cycles.
• Language: English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential.
