ING Bank N.V. sucursal en España seeks a VP of Portfolio Management to lead in-life management of lending exposure, coordinating with Origination & Structuring and product specialists.

You will oversee credit monitoring, financial analyses, and risk reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will build a culture of operational excellence, drive process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring timely regulatory reporting and adherence to policies.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant credit analysis experience in banking and international environments.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage all facets of the files in your portfolio, including credit reviews and amendments.
• Coordinate credit modification processes, run financial/cash flow analyses and risk reviews.
• Monitor risk ratings and covenants; ensure regulatory and internal reporting requirements are met.
• Identify cross-buy opportunities and contribute to capital velocity targets.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to improve processes.
