About the role :
We are seeking a VP of Sales to lead SplitMetrics' international team and play a key role in driving global business growth. The team’s mission is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts through ownership of strategy and performance.
The VP of Sales will define the long-term vision, structure, and strategy of the sales function. You will be responsible for global sales performance, leading the BDR, Account Executive, and Sales Enablement teams, and managing their project roadmap. We expect a hands-on leader who can execute and drive change, with strong commercial and analytical skills, applying a data-driven approach to business challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute ambitious business plans for new client acquisition.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance products and services aligned with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, participate in client calls, and lead training initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing optimization strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing to deploy programs that help teams achieve targets.
- Coordinate with RevOps on sales operations, planning, OKRs, tools, and CRM management.
- Inspire and motivate sales teams, maintaining high morale.
- Guide teams through change, ensuring smooth transitions and productivity.
- Drive improvements and innovation in sales processes and collaborate on product/service enhancements.
- Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.
About you :
You should have:
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobile, digital advertising, SaaS, or similar industries.
- 6+ years of leadership and team management experience.
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Ability to improve sales productivity through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
- A resilient, positive, persistent team player with a strong drive to succeed.
