At ORBIDI, we are looking for a VP of People who has experience and a strategic vision to lead the People & Talent area, as well as to help drive the scalable and inclusive growth of our teams.

You will be in charge of the development and implementation of People, Talent & Culture strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives while fostering a culture of attraction, retention, and development of top talent.

Key areas of responsibility :

  • Develop and implement a Talent strategy aligned with the scale up and growth goals, while fostering the employer branding front.
  • Design and implement processes for a seamless candidate experience, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop compensation and benefit strategies that attract and retain talent while aligning with company budgets.

Employee Experience & Engagement :

  • Lead a people-first culture that emphasizes engagement, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.

Learning & Development :

  • Lead efforts to identify leadership potential within the organization and build a robust leadership development pipeline.
  • Create systems to identify skill gaps and ensure the organization is future-ready.
  • Design and oversee learning and development initiatives aligned with career paths within the organization.

Performance Management & Rewards :

  • Improve the performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and a culture of continuous and agile feedback.
  • Regularly benchmark and review compensation practices to remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Compliance & Risk Management :

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards across countries.
  • Proactively identify people-related risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Serve as an advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, legal considerations, and organizational design.

What we are looking for :

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR / People Operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, within a fast-growing, scale up tech / digital company, (ideally B2B SaaS environment).
  • Proven track record in building and scaling talent strategies in high-growth companies, with strong business acumen.
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition, DEI, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legal compliance, and current trends in the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, including the executive team.
  • Data-driven, with a passion for leveraging analytics to improve people processes and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic leadership style.
