About the Role

The VP of Finance will lead financial operations and strategy, playing a pivotal role in shaping company direction, enabling growth through sound financial planning, and ensuring operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team and a partner to the CEO, you will provide financial clarity, maintain investor relations, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee financial forecasting, SaaS metrics, and strategic modeling.
• Manage finance functions including accounting, tax, audit, compliance, treasury, and reporting.
• Establish financial controls, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Manage capital strategy, cash flow, and fundraising efforts.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive system and process optimization through scalable tools and automation.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in venture-backed or PE-backed SaaS companies.
• Experience leading finance in scale-up or late-stage startups.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, accounting principles, and financial operations.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational skills and team leadership ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in international markets, especially Europe.
