The Role

The Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on, no-fluff VP of Engineering with startup scaling experience (Seed to Series A+). You’ll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while leading and shaping a high-performing team that builds robust, real-time AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy & Execution : Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems. Ensure best practices in CI / CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-On Development : Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects. Oversee development of real-time streaming and AI-powered systems.
• Back-End & Infrastructure : Utilize Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Github, Helm, Grafana, Loki, Honeycomb.
