Confidential Search in Europe seeks a VP Sales, Utility Scale Europe to own the European utility-scale business, build a scalable commercial organization, and drive revenue growth across solar and energy storage markets. You will report to global leadership and shape the go-to-market strategy with EPCs, developers, IPPs and utilities.

Candidates must have exceptional EU Solar market experience and be based in Europe, with Spain, Germany or Italy preferred.

Formación

• Proven success within utility-scale solar, energy storage, power electronics or broader renewable energy markets
• Strong network across European EPCs, developers, utilities and key market stakeholders
• Track record of securing and growing large strategic accounts
• Experience building, leading and scaling high-performing commercial teams
• Deep understanding of utility-scale project development and procurement processes
• Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial execution
• Entrepreneurial approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment

Responsabilidades

• Own the European utility-scale business, developing and executing a market-leading strategy focused on winning utility-scale solar and storage projects across Europe
• Build trusted partnerships with EPCs, project developers, IPPs and utilities
• Develop a high-performing commercial organisation capable of scaling rapidly
• Drive annual revenue growth and market share expansion
• Influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy based on customer requirements
• Represent the business at executive level across the renewable energy ecosystem
• Establish the company as a preferred technology partner for Europe's largest renewable energy projects
