Digital Science is seeking a VP Infrastructure Operations in Spain to lead the design, delivery and governance of cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP). You will drive strategy, ensure reliability, security/compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

You will lead DevOps/SRE teams, manage vendor relationships and oversee budget, capacity planning and disaster recovery in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading senior IT infrastructure with a cloud focus.
• Hands-on with AWS and GCP, IaC, monitoring and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation and optimisation of cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
• Define and execute a cloud strategy aligned with business goals and roadmaps.
• Mentor DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure teams for high performance.
• Ensure 24/7/365 operational stability, capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with Security to meet ISO 27001/27701 and Cyber Essentials requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor cost efficiency and ROI.
