We host 100+ in-person events annually, connecting investors at premier tech and crypto conferences worldwide. In addition, we deliver 100+ online events, including investor education sessions, masterminds, roundtables, investment committees, and speed networking, creating a trusted space for growth, collaboration, and new connections.

VNTR Club is an exclusive membership for seasoned private investors, VC funds, CVCs, family offices, and active LPs. The club is dedicated to expanding member networks, promoting peer-to-peer learning, enabling deal syndication, and fostering a collaborative environment for mutual growth and support.

VNTR Syndicate co-invests on a deal-by-deal basis in opportunities sourced by VNTR Club members. It provides access to high-quality, vetted investment opportunities, enabling seamless co-investment for the community.

The Role

As VNTR Club Membership Manager, you will play a key role in growing, engaging, and supporting the VNTR Club members. Your strengths in community building, relationship management, and member services will directly contribute to VNTR’s mission of connecting top-tier investors globally.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-touch member experience—facilitating personalized introductions, supporting member needs, and organizing activations that drive engagement and co-investment.

Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional membership services to VNTR Club members.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing member satisfaction.

Use the VNTR platform to manage activity, track engagement, and fulfill member requests.

Host and organize Club events, including expert sessions, roundtables, and masterminds.

Collaborate with the Product team to improve the member platform experience.

Analyze engagement metrics and gather feedback to optimize member services and strategy.

Foster a culture of trust, connection, and collaboration within the community.

Build and maintain strong relationships to enable meaningful introductions and partnerships.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in membership or community management, ideally in the startup or investment ecosystem.

Proficient in using and analyzing CRM tools and member data.

A natural connector who thrives on building relationships and making introductions.

Passionate about startups, venture capital, and innovation.

Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.

Independent thinker with a creative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Data-driven and organized, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Interest in building and scaling a global investor community.
