We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support the growth of the multi-channel retail environment within the Real Madrid Retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a Visual Merchandising strategy for stores and online channels.
• Ensure alignment with the Real Madrid brand, products, and target market.
• Generate sketches and detailed floor plans for visual displays.
• Update displays for new product launches and seasonal themes.
• Maintain consistency across all store locations.
• Coordinate with retail professionals, buyers, marketing, and merchandisers.
• Monitor costs and adhere to budgets.
• Research trends to inform strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Visual Merchandising Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum two years as a Visual Merchandiser in sports or fashion industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Responsible and committed to high standards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker and team collaborator.
• Good command of English (preferred).
