Swatch is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to join the Marketing team in Madrid. You will ensure brand image consistency, create impactful product presentations, and collaborate with retailers and suppliers to execute merchandising initiatives across the retail network.

The role involves developing visual concepts, coordinating POS materials, and supporting campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations with the Brand and Marketing teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
• High level of English and graphic design software proficiency.
• Availability to travel 70–80% of the time.
• Permanent residence in Madrid Province is required.
• Valid driving licence.

Job Description

At Swatch, we are looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the brand experience to life across our retail network and ensuring a consistent, impactful consumer journey at POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent execution of Swatch’s brand image and visual merchandising standards across all points of sale, creating attractive and impactful product presentations that enhance customer engagement, maximize product visibility, and strengthen brand presence.
• Develop and implement visual concepts, POS materials, and product displays while working closely with retailers, points of sale, and external suppliers to coordinate production, installation, and execution of merchandising initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Monitor store execution through regular visits, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide merchandising recommendations and action plans. Act as a key link between the field, suppliers, and the Brand and Marketing teams, sharing insights and ensuring the successful rollout of campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of IT, in particular Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Availability to travel 70–80% of the time.
• Permanent residence in Madrid Province is required.
• Valid driving licence.
• High level Graphic Design software proficiency (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.).
• High level of English. Other languages would be an asset.
